On August 23, Geely Galaxy unveiled its first flagship SUV—the Galaxy M9, an “AI-Powered Six-Seat SUV” that has officially opened for global pre-orders. Available in six trims, the M9 is priced at Just $27K–$37K .

As the first flagship model following Galaxy’s 1 million-unit sales milestone, the M9 is built on the GEA Evo architecture and empowered by Geely’s full-scope AI strategy. With flagship design, space, and safety, combined with AI-powered cockpit, AI digital chassis, and AI-assisted driving, the M9 sets a new benchmark in the 200K RMB SUV segment.

Flagship Strength: Design, Space & Safety

Designed by Geely’s global “Dream Team” studios in Milan and Shanghai, the M9 blends Chinese aesthetics with international flair. Signature ripple-inspired lighting, a coupe-like stance, and ultra-low 0.285Cd drag make it both striking and efficient.

Inside, its 5.2㎡ cabin offers class-leading spaciousness and flexible layouts, including six-seat luxury or four-seat lounge configurations. Premium features include a captain’s “Supportive Seat” with adaptive bolsters, a “Pampering Seat” with seamless leg rest, second-row entertainment screens, a 9.1L smart fridge, and a 150° reclining third row with panoramic side windows.

On safety, the M9 features a high-strength “Star Armor” cage, nine airbags including unique dual-chamber far-side units, and the ShenDun hybrid-dedicated battery, proven through extreme crash and fire tests—surpassing China’s new 2026 EV safety standard.

AI-Powered Technology

The M9 debuts Geely’s most advanced AI smart cockpit, powered by the Qualcomm 8295P chip and Flyme Auto 2.0. It also introduces Eva, the world’s first large-scale in-car emotional AI agent, capable of natural decision-making and humanlike interactions.

A 30-inch 6K panoramic screen, 32-inch AR-HUD, immersive 27-speaker audio, and multi-screen connectivity create a cinematic experience.

The AI digital chassis delivers unmatched control with dual-chamber air suspension, CCD adaptive damping, and distributed tri-motor torque vectoring—enabling 4.5s 0–100 km/h, waltz-like U-turns, and best-in-class elk test performance.

The Thunder EM-P AI hybrid system with AI Cloud Power 2.0 ensures ultra-low 4.8L/100km fuel consumption and up to 1,500 km range, redefining efficiency standards.

For intelligence, the M9 integrates the Qianli Haohan H5 ADAS platform, offering nationwide map-free NOA, point-to-point navigation, automated parking, and over 40 advanced safety functions, supported by LiDAR, radars, and 11 cameras.
