2025 Guangzhou Auto Show Highlights New Technology and New Mobility Vision
The 23rd Guangzhou International Automobile Exhibition was held from November 21–30, 2025 at the China Import and Export Fair Complex. Under the theme “New Technology · New Life,” this year’s show brought together major global brands such as BMW, Mercedes-Benz, and Audi, alongside leading Chinese new energy vehicle makers including BYD, NIO, and XPeng. Huawei’s Intelligent Automotive Solutions also made a strong appearance. BYD and GAC Group each hosted dedicated halls, showcasing their full product ecosystems.

Covering 220,000 square meters, the exhibition –displayed 1,085 vehicles, including 629 NEVs, and introduced 93 world and China premieres. The event attracted a wide range of exhibitors—from international OEMs and Chinese independent brands to premium customizers like Lorinser. Tech leaders including CATL and Huawei further highlighted the industry’s rapid integration of automotive and cutting-edge technology.

Chery Group presented 34 models, including the Fengyun T9L and the new QQ3, along with its latest electric and intelligent innovations. Buick’s flagship NEV MPV also made its global debut, drawing strong media attention.
In a first for the event, AI-powered customer service, a 720° panoramic security system, real-time AI analytics, and multi-language translation tools were deployed, greatly enhancing visitor experience and operational efficiency.
A series of key forums ran alongside the exhibition, including the Guangzhou Automotive Development Summit and the International Autonomous Driving Forum, focusing on smart cabins, automotive electronics, ADAS technologies, and global mobility trends. The Southern Car Carnival offered immersive interactive experiences, while Xiaomi attracted thousands of visitors with 10,000 limited-edition car models available onsite.

As one of the most influential automotive events in China, the 2025 Guangzhou Auto Show once again demonstrated the industry’s accelerating shift toward electrification, intelligence, and high-quality manufacturing. With stronger global collaboration and continuous technological breakthroughs, Guangzhou continues to position itself as a key hub driving the future of smart mobility.
