Link Z10 is a milestone work for Link to enter the new pure electric track and open up a new era for the brand. Its naming not only inherits the deep precipitation of Link’s many years of experience in car-making, but also carries Link’s latest understanding of the market and users.

The letter Z in Link Z10 is derived from ZERO, which represents Link’s new pure electric concept; Zeal – Passion, Enjoy – Enjoyment, Responsibility – Responsibility, Original – Originality, which corresponds to the four senses of Link’s pure electric sequence: Driving Sense, Sense of Fun, Sense of Safety and Sense of Quality, and represents the value experience of humanistic science and technology, dynamic and diversified, and trendy and sporty that Link will provide to its users. The four words correspond to the four senses of the PurePower sequence: driving sense, fun sense, safety sense and quality sense.

Link PureElectric, “is not an exploration from 0, but an evolution from 1”. Link PureElectric combines the best of Geely Group and Link Fuel+Electric Hybrid, and joins the PureElectric race track with a deep accumulation of experience. The “1” represents a vast pure electric architecture, a sustainable vision for tomorrow, and the brand’s attitude of continuous evolution. At the same time, the “1” also represents the confidence and backing given to the Pure Electric by one million Link customers.

“Tomorrow’s Style” Appearance, Original Aesthetics of “Eternity in Modernity”

Link insists on original design, and with the support of the global design team, inherits the essence of Link’s new-generation design language, and gives it new thinking and vitality to start the “Journey of Tomorrow” for the Link Pure Electric.

The design of the Z10 is inspired by Link’s The Next Day concept car, and is highly reminiscent of the concept car elements. The Z10 has a wide body with large dimensions of 5028mm x 1966mm x 1468mm, a long wheelbase of 3005mm, and a golden aspect ratio of 1.34 times, presenting an atmospheric and dynamic visual effect. Based on the innovative concept of Aerodramatic, Link Z10 brings dramatic tension effects through the ultimate aerodynamic design: active air intake grille, which can be opened and closed automatically according to different working conditions, perfectly balancing functionality and aesthetics; streamlined sculpted waistline, outlining an elegant and sporty coupe stance; hidden water cuts to enhance airflow efficiency; active lifting and hiding tail fins, which can be lifted and lowered at any time with the speed. The tail fins can be lifted and lowered at any speed, and can be stowed freely. Through the integration of engineering and design, a super-low wind resistance coefficient of 0.198Cd is finally realized for the Z10.

The Z10 follows the concept car’s black diamond prismatic dome design, with a diamond-cut, color-blocked roof that shows off its sophistication and luxury. The A-pillar and top side beams are made of the industry’s highest 2000MPa unibody hot-formed steel, realizing the ultimate harmony between safety and aesthetics. The panoramic star dome canopy, a 1.96m² large canopy without beams, offers a wide view. The borderless door design shows elegance between opening and closing; at the same time, it also provides a variety of choices such as 21-inch light-cut wheels and low wind resistance 21-inch wind-carved wheels to meet different user preferences.

The “tomorrow’s style” of urban contrasting aesthetics is presented on the Z10 from the inside out.

The interior design of the Z10 is inspired by a starship in space, aiming to create a futuristic space with a greater sense of tomorrow. To this end, the designers have fictionalized a journey to the moon in the car. The starship wing dashboard and the double-spoke technology steering wheel create a strong sense of sci-fi atmosphere. The sci-fi dashboard adopts a slim and narrow 12.3:1 ultra-long horizontal screen, displaying information at a glance; the surface material supports anti-glare, anti-reflective and anti-fingerprint, which is both futuristic and practical. At the same time, AR-HUD is combined with the instrument to create a better display of vehicle and road information.

While creating a sense of technology, Link Z10 also pays great attention to creating a space experience that is comfortable for all. The Z10 is equipped with cloud-sensitive zero-pressure Nappa leather seats, providing comprehensive and delicate support for each user. The front seats are equipped with Cloud Sense oversized leg rests, freely adjustable from 87° to 159°, and support heating/ventilation/massage; the main driver enjoys the Harman Kardon headrest audio, which provides immersive, pure and high-fidelity sound enjoyment. Rear seats with ventilation, heating and massage functions, the center armrest area reaches 1700cm², equipped with intelligent touch screen, easy to adjust seat functions. Immersive panoramic sound, Harman Kardon 23-speaker layout, 7.1.4 channels, support for Quantum Logic Immersion 3D surround sound technology, and WANOS panoramic sound technology, providing an immersive auditory feast.

In addition, Link Z10 also adopts exquisite and rich materials and sophisticated craftsmanship to create a warm and light third space. The roof is made of Ultrasuede suede, which has a soft and delicate texture and is light and smooth to the touch; the seats are made of Nappa leather, bringing a sense of classic luxury and excellent comfort. The interior is embellished with rose gold inlaid trim with metal vaporization process, which provides excellent corrosion and abrasion resistance.

With years of experience in the fuel and new energy sectors, Link understands vehicle performance, and performance and handling have become a distinctive label of the brand. In the era of pure electric power, Link combines leading electric technology to maximize the advantage of “performance”.

The Z10 is built on two power platforms, 400V and 800V, with a maximum pure electric range of up to 800+KM. The high-performance 800V architecture provides fast replenishment of energy for the entire vehicle, and with a 15-minute charging time, the range can be increased by 573km. With the dual Silicon Carbide high-performance electric drive, the Z10 accelerates to zero hundred in 3.5 seconds; and with the combination of Link’s many years of tuning experience, it achieves the “three senses in one” among speed, comfort, and safety. Combined with Link’s years of tuning expertise, the Z10 achieves “three senses in one” between speed, comfort and safety, plus technological aids such as the dTCS system, dual-cavity air suspension and CDC continuously adjustable electronically controlled damping system, which satisfy the driver’s pleasure of driving and control, and also maximize the comfort of the vehicle’s occupants.

Performance and safety are two sides of the Link DNA. Based on the concept of total safety, the Z10 not only meets the highest safety standards in China and Europe, but also has a high-strength body, with 84.65% of high-strength steel and aluminum, and a torsional stiffness of up to 45,500 N-m/deg. In terms of the safety of the three electrical appliances that are of greatest concern to users, the Z10 adopts the Golden Brick Battery, and uses the “10-gallon” collision avoidance structure, from the “10-gallon” to the “10-gallon” collision avoidance structure. Empowered by the Vast Architecture, an intelligent pure electric architecture with strong technology and wide capability boundaries, the Link Z10 has higher intelligent expansion capabilities and will create a more open and diversified intelligent ecological experience for users.

In the field of intelligent cockpit, LYNK Flyme Auto, jointly developed by LYNK and Meizu, has been highly praised by users for its beautiful interface design, industry-original small window mode, and silky smooth interaction. With the goal of creating a futuristic and fully immersive intelligent cockpit, the Link Z10 is equipped with a chip with 1.8 times the computing power of the 8295 chip, which will maximize the intelligent interaction of the LYNK Flyme Auto, and enable powerful 3D rendering, bringing an immersive cockpit experience to users.

In terms of intelligent driving, by integrating Geely Group’s intelligent driving R&D resources, the Link Z10 will use a high-level intelligent driving program equipped with NVIDIA’s Orin-X chip, as well as top-level perception hardware such as LIDAR, to create a safe and intelligent driving program. The program includes high-speed NOA and urban mapless NOA, which are used by users at a high frequency, and will be released successively.
